Found when looking for information a new point and shot digicam: Another Xacti by Sanyo: the e60 (dsc-e60 in Japan or vpn-e60 for the rest of the world)
It looks pretty cool, does the same and a bit more than my j4 and has a big lcd, I am wondering about the batteries...
The night before Christmas I had all my digital cameras ready for Christmas eve. And all were used heavily: family, food, gifts and other fun photos!
Today we had another heavy lunch with good family friends. I lent my great EOS 350D to my brother, so he took some photos and there I saw him in my back sneaking in the menus. "Can this camera shot black and white?" sure it does! He was sneaking in the system menu, so I changed the setting to B&W and he shot some.
Later on I wanted to show everyone all the photos we took for Christmas, so I plug my EOS on the TV and then only 5 photos are displayed on the photo list: 5 B&W photos, the ones my brother took. Grrr!
All the Christmas pictures were gone! Everything! I hated my brother so much!
First I surfed the web for a recovery tool and I found a nice one: Digital Image Recovery, freeware and easy to use. Good, so as I am writing some pictures are being restored, I previewed some and some of them are damaged hopefully, everything will end up smoothly and all the photos will be recovered...Eventually.

Well tonight I have ran into a picture of him! of André the Giant I mean. In Japan, being a great giant among the small people of hino maru.
